Dear Employees, Suppliers, and Clients,

At LOGIKE, we transport our clients’ cargo around the world, and with it, we carry their trust. That trust is earned every day by making the right decisions, especially when no one is watching.

This Code of Ethics and Conduct establishes the principles and standards that protect us all: against money laundering, corruption, drug trafficking, and any attempt to use our operations for illegal purposes; against risks that threaten life, health, and safety; and against all forms of abuse, discrimination, or human rights violations.

I encourage each of you to read this Code carefully, put its principles into practice, and seek guidance whenever questions arise. If you witness anything that seems wrong, speak up and report it. At LOGIKE, no one will face retaliation for raising concerns in good faith.
